My Story
My Background
I owned and operated a successful brewpub in Denver called LowDown Brewery + Kitchen for ten fulfilling years before selling it in 2023. A few months later, I started looking into my next potential business venture and came across a company called 99 Spoons, which developed one of the first Automated Soft Serve Vending Machines for US markets. After researching the company and becoming fast friends with Nick(the owner), I decided to partner with him and bought the first three machines for the Colorado market.
